Our private lessons are designed as follow-up support for dogs who have completed one of our board and train (immersion) programs. These sessions help you maintain progress, sharpen skills, and build your confidence as a handler in the real world.
Why Not Offer Private Lessons as a Standalone Option?
We get this question a lot — and here’s the honest answer:
Training a well-behaved, reliable dog takes consistent practice, clear communication, and real-world exposure. In most cases, private lessons alone aren’t enough to build the foundation your dog needs. Many owners underestimate the time, energy, and skill it takes to create lasting change without professional daily guidance — which is exactly what our board and train programs provide.
Our immersion programs give your dog the structure, repetition, and professional handling required to develop functional obedience. Then, private lessons give you the tools and support to carry that progress into your everyday life.
Think of it this way: The board and train is the foundation — the private lessons are how we teach you to maintain and build on that success.
